For our 2nd grade project, for the Art to Remember fundraiser, I wanted the students to use liquid watercolors because of the bright colors. I thought this would print well and was looking for something dynamic and bold.
The students began by drawing a horizon line across their paper with glue and then dividing the "sky" and the "earth" with triangles of glue. I told the classes we were making a landscape, but changing it up a little. Here is what they turned out and I love them!
